The location of the hotel was perfect, just steps away from all the best shopping in town. We enjoyed the complimentary glass of wine at check-in. The room was clean and tastefully decorated with a stunning view of the financial district. Anzu Restaurant served absolutely delicious food with first-class service. we highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at Hotel Nikko was incredible. I loved the pool area, especially the warm water and the very hot hot tub. Ordering food and beverages via phone was convenient, and the room itself was very nice and quiet. The staff was prompt in bringing extra slippers and robes upon request. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was fairly clean and the staff were pleasant, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The room was spotless and beautifully designed - loved the clean bathroom. The hotel offered an enjoyable continental breakfast.

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Hotel Nikko. The room was clean and nicely designed, with a great shower and quality amenities like shampoo and slippers. The location was convenient, close to Union Square and Market Street. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. Having a Starbucks on the property was a big plus for a quick breakfast. The San Francisco paper map provided during check-in was informative and useful.

The room I stayed in was impressive and luxurious with comfortable bed and good climate control, for instance. The hotel was in a very central location in the area.

Our room was spotless and brand-new with many thoughtful touches, and we loved having access to wake-up service. Central heating, a personal safe and pay television were appreciated. Also, location was magnificent, around 10-15 minutes walk from a modern art museum.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to shopping and major attractions. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the quality of its facilities, including the bar and restaurant areas. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated their helpful recommendations for transportation and local activities. Additionally, the breakfast selections were varied and satisfying.

I liked the hotel's staff and location. The pool was great, the staff here was welcoming and incredible. There was an outdoor bar. A stunningly beautiful and great venue, my first choice in San Francisco.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with shops and restaurants in close proximity. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially at the front desk when we needed to print our PCR tests. The gentleman at the valet and door man were welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. The gym and swimming pool facilities were excellent, although there was an additional charge. we had a great experience and would recommend staying here.

We felt really welcomed, no complaints.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location is perfect, only a short walk from the train station and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The room service was excellent, and the breakfast was amazing with many options to choose from. The view from the room was breathtaking, especially in the morning.

The hotel's gym was too small.

It is undoubtedly a wonderful and special option when in San Francisco. Staff and food are second to none here. The staff are courteous, they keep the place clean. The hotel has spotless rooms with great bed, a shower, a bottle of water.

The value for money at the Nikko was great and the room was clean and cozy. The location was perfect, close to parks, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast experience could be improved with more variety or special options.

Amazing continental breakfast options. Large bathroom in the fashionable and tidy room. Ideal location in the great area, close to downtown, all the shops at union square.
