The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the center of downtown area with easy transport links all over the city. There are many restaurants and shops close by. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a refrigerator and coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the valet to the reception. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

The hotel was fairly clean with exceptional and very good breakfasts. Terrific and enjoyable room and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Perfect personnel on the 23rd floor about customer service. Amazing and great location, in the centre of San Francisco. Based really close to shops, restaurants, and Powell cable car and BART station as well as other activities desired to do.
